Robert Yockey Photography

I've always loved photography, particularly landscape photography. My early inspiration was the work of Ansel Adams and Galen Rowell.  Several years ago I decided to try to take my images to the next level. I started studying photography and post processing with several photographers, including Scott Kelby, Serge Ramelli, and Phil Schermeister from National Geographic.

I specialize in landscape, nature, and more recently travel and macro photography. I shoot primarily with a Nikon D7100 and 18-200mm nikon zoom. I retouch in Lightroom with with some processing in Photoshop when necessary. I love dramatic images that hopefully communicate the emotions I had when I took the photos. I hope that you have as much fun viewing my images as I had making them.
